What you will taste
The Pallini family has made liqueurs in Rome since 1875, and their limoncello starts on the Amalfi coast: sfusato lemons picked by hand, their zest infused the same day. The glass fills with pure lemon sunshine, sweet but never sticky, with a breath of blossom. Serve it frozen after dinner and the meal ends in Italy, wherever it began.
