What you will taste
Fanny Sabre took over the family vines while still a law student and became one of Beaune's most loved natural-leaning winemakers: minimal additions, maximum fruit. Her Bourgogne Rouge is Pinot Noir with the juice turned up: crunchy cherry and raspberry, a rose-petal lift, tannins barely-there. Serve it slightly cool and watch it vanish.
