Kakheti, Georgia · Marani · 100% Mtsvane
The green grape gone amber: Mtsvane aged in buried clay, quince and walnut with an ancient, structured calm.
Delivered in ~30 minutes, anywhere in Monaco
Mtsvane means green in Georgian, but months inside a buried qvevri turn this grape a deep amber: quince and apricot ripened into tea leaf and walnut, with the firm, dry structure that skin contact gives. This is the style UNESCO listed as world heritage, poured exactly as Kakhetian families have poured it for millennia.
