Alsatian crémant grown on slate: champagne-method bubbles with a cool, stony soul.
Delivered in ~30 minutes, anywhere in Monaco
Schieferberg means slate mountain, and the vines behind this crémant dig into exactly that: dark schist that gives the wine its cool, stony edge. Made like champagne, aged on its lees, it offers green apple, lemon and a bread-dough softness over a mineral spine. Proof that great French bubbles are not confined to one region.
The sommelier’s note
