Valdo has been a family name in Valdobbiadene since 1926, and this cuvée is its organic promise: Glera grown without synthetic treatments, bottled fresh and dry. Green apple, pear and acacia with a lively mousse. Prosecco as it should be: simple, honest, gone too quickly.
