The papal village in a glass: a classic Grenache-led Châteauneuf, ripe berries, warm herbs and southern power.
Delivered in ~30 minutes, anywhere in Monaco
Seven centuries ago the popes moved to Avignon and planted vines on these stony hills, and the village has carried their name ever since. This is Châteauneuf-du-Pape in its classic form: Grenache leading a southern choir, ripe cherry and raspberry, dried herbs, a peppery glow of 15 degrees. Big-hearted, sun-fed, and proud of it.
The sommelier’s note
«Serve at 17 degrees after 30 minutes in a carafe, and pour in modest glasses: the sun inside is real.»
