Champagne, France · Armand de Brignac · 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier
The golden Ace of Spades: an opulent, crowd-stopping champagne made by one family house in tiny lots.
Delivered in ~30 minutes, anywhere in Monaco
Behind the mirror-gold bottle stands the Cattier family, champagne growers for more than two centuries, who make Armand de Brignac by hand in small batches. The blend of three harvests gives a wine that is generous before anything else: ripe peach, honey and brioche, a creamy mousse and a long, polished finish. It is champagne as celebration, and it takes that job seriously.
The sommelier’s note
«Serve at 9 degrees. The bottle is heavy: pour with two hands, or let us pour and simply enjoy the moment.»
From the first pour to the last glass — follow it through the evening.
On arrival
Let the bottle be seen before it is opened; that is half the pleasure. Then a gentle sigh of a cork.

25 min · The opening
