A whole walled vineyard owned by one quiet master: Mugnier's Pinot Noir of roses, cherries and calm.
Delivered in ~30 minutes, anywhere in Monaco
Clos de la Maréchale is a rare thing in Burgundy: a large walled vineyard belonging entirely to one man, Jacques-Frédéric Mugnier, a former pilot who makes some of the most graceful wines of the Côte de Nuits. The 2020 offers dark cherry and rose petal, a touch of spice, and that weightless texture Mugnier is loved for. Serious Burgundy without a hint of heaviness.
The sommelier’s note
«Serve at 16 degrees with 30 minutes of air. Burgundy glasses are not a luxury here, they are the delivery vehicle.»
From the first pour to the last glass — follow it through the evening.
