What you will taste
Kindzmarauli comes from a cool river valley where Saperavi ripens full of sugar the autumn cannot fully ferment: the sweetness is the place itself, not a recipe. Dark cherry, blackberry and plum in a soft velvet body, kept honest by fresh acidity at just 11.5 degrees. The gentle introduction to Georgia's black grape, loved far beyond its valley.
