Khvanchkara is Georgia's most famous semi-sweet red, from two rare grapes grown only in the small mountain region of Racha. The sweetness is natural: mountain autumns are cold, fermentation slows, and some grape sugar stays. Raspberry, cherry and rose, silky and bright, never sticky.
