What you will taste
Hendrick's is distilled in Scotland in two antique stills and then does something no proper gin had done: it adds infusions of cucumber and Bulgarian rose. The result is a walled garden in a glass: cool, floral, gently peculiar, with juniper keeping order in the background. Served with tonic and a cucumber ribbon, it made millions rethink gin.
