What you will taste
Etna's vineyards grow on black lava high above the Mediterranean, and their Nerello Mascalese tastes like nowhere else: cherry and violet with smoke and cool stone, Burgundian grace with a volcanic pulse. Giovanni Rosso, a famous Barolo house, came south for exactly this magic and farms it organically. A volcano, poured gently.
