The Cipriani family added Pinot Nero to Glera to make Gabriella, a rosé prosecco with the house's unmistakable sense of ease. Pale pink, gently fruity, dry enough to refresh: strawberry and pear with a floral touch. It carries the spirit of a Venetian terrace wherever it is opened.
