What you will taste
Barolo is called the king of wines, and a riserva is the king with extra patience: by law it ages years longer before release. Batasiolo's 2017 arrives already civilised: cherry and rose, licorice and the first leather of maturity, with Nebbiolo's famous firm tannins finally learning diplomacy.
