Italy, Europe · Bibi Graetz · 100% Sangiovese
The crazy head: an artist's cult Sangiovese from old hillside vines above Florence, vivid as its painted label.
Delivered in ~30 minutes, anywhere in Monaco
Bibi Graetz was a painter before he was a winemaker, and Testamatta, the crazy head, made him famous: old Sangiovese vines on hills above Florence, tiny lots, labels from his own canvases. The wine is vivid rather than heavy: cherry and redcurrant, rose petal, dried herbs, energy running through every sip. A cult wine that tastes like the person who makes it.
