What you will taste
The Ott family made Provence rosé famous a century ago, and Château Romassan is their Bandol estate, where late-ripening Mourvèdre turns rosé into something structured and gastronomic. Strawberry and peach, yes, but also a saline, herb-brushed depth that stands up to real cooking. Rosé for the table, not just the pool.
