Bordeaux, France · Château Malartic-Lagravière · Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot
Graves classed growth with fire in its stones: blackberry and smoke over the region's famous warm gravel.
Delivered in ~30 minutes, anywhere in Monaco
Pessac-Léognan is where Bordeaux began, on deep banks of sun-warmed gravel, and Malartic-Lagravière carries that heat in its name and its glass. The 2018 is generous and smoky: blackberry and tobacco over a stony spine, tannins ripe and firm. Classed growth of Graves, family-run, and still slightly underpriced for what it pours.
